Waterproofing

Keep your run off to yourself. Ensuring down stream and lower properties are not adversely impacted by rain runoff, the drainage and storm water management is a major consideration also.
Integrated Lighting
Ensure the project has adequate and safe lighting. Electrical contractors are on had to provide free quotes to suit each application
Taps, Sinks & Drains
Integrated outdoor kitchens may require plumbing and drainage. Some aspects could involve Council approvals and some can be adapted to work with exisiting infrastructure more easily.
